If you could create a new US holiday that celebrates a person or event, what person or event would you celebrate? Include at least 3 reasons why your new holiday should be celebrated in the United States.

the reason why i would celebrate it in the united state because first it can be alot fun in the united state much more than another place.
and the second reason is maybe in another country in their realigon
they cant celebrate because its their realigon and they have to do what their realigon says. and i dont mean they dont celebrate maybe they do and maybe they dont if they do maybe its not the same as the united state celebration. it could be different but they can celebrate it in the united state it could be alot of fun too.
and the third reason is i think iwould like to selebrate it in the united state because i think its the best place for celebration.
im not really shure about that im just trying to think of reasons and i hope im right...:D

What kind of holiday would you make? For what reason? Would you honor a particular person or event? When would the holiday happen? So try again, sweetie! I really do love that you are trying. If i would create a USA holiday i would say make a day just to celebert kids. :][:
I think that the holiday we should make is "The Last Day of the Year"(LDY). We should make this holiday because at the end of the year we can look back at things. We can compare ourself about how smart we were,what we have learned, etc... Also we can make this holiday so we can have our last day of this year and look forward for the next year. I know we have new years eve but i want to spent some time in the day thinking about the past.
The United States have a lot of celebrations, I would make a celebration.
The celebration would be 1 week out of school.
That would be a good celebration. It would be called "Stay Home Day", childrens get really tired waking up every morning, taking a shower, eat, and wait for the bus to come. and when they get home they have to do homework or projects, even studying too.
That would be my idea.

I would to create a new hoilday for the USA it would be a day just
to celebert kid. I think this day should be create because all the kids work very hard to get a good job when they are older.I also think this day should be create because there are poor peple that don`t have anything and no one to celebret a holiday with.:][:
The reasom I will celebrate a holiday in United States because
1)It could be a lot fun because people in United States are very polite.
2) If we make a holiday on different religion then united states government will not stop us.
3)You have a lot opportunities to do anything and you are free to do anything.
These are the three reasons i really think why united states is the best place to celebrate a holiday........
and about what holiday i will create is that a holiday on every month last day like 30 or 31, but if it is Saturday or Sunday it should be on 1st or 2nd of the new month and because all month we do handwork and we should have a holiday. And don't forget a holiday for everyone teacher, student, businessman's,, and any type of workers. In this holiday there should be place where a group can play a game like soccer, catching ball, any kind like drawing art too. And who is the best should get a price like mostly money or expensive gift but not too much. And everybody should get an invitation where to go and every city should have its own place to play. And if somebody can't come they can see in the t.v. thats what i think it should be and sorry i left this part and half i did and half is here...........

1) Because i think it would be fun to expend a day with your family and friends without work or studyjust like Thanksgiving .
2) Friends day for the people that dosen't have a family so you can be with your friends.
3) Family because i think its nice and good to have a time with your family without worry about anything.
