Blog Prompt for September 16, 2009

 September 13th was Positive Thinking Day.  Oops!  We missed it because it was Sunday.  So, today, make a list of the top 10 ideas we can use to stay positive when times are tough.

    1))) First of all be patient.
    2))) If u get any bad idea eat something quickly get something tasty that u like and is present home, get enough of that thing which should be completed in 5 or more minutes.
    3))) If u get bad ideas again go sit out if the wether is good and take a long breath.
    4))) If it is cloudy outside look for a second and you will feel good.
    5))) Go watch tv for 5 mintues, if u are disturbed again.
    6))) Something get negative in your find about someone then quickly see what he/she did good for you and you'll be better.
    7))) Take 5 minute break and become busy in something.
    8))) When negative thought come try to say that I am not going to think about it.
    9))) Think about funniest joke is another way.
    10))) Think about when you made somebody to smile

    THESE ARE THE WAY TO THINK POSITIVE, IF NEGATIVE THINGS ARE COMING IN YOUR MIND.
