Good Day Mate!
Today is Australia Day. On this day in 1788, Australia became a country. Using some of the links on this blog, find out 5 things about Australia. Summarize what you learn and post it on the blog.
i have five so........... do you know about its so however a relatively small population. and itlies between 10) and 38) SOUTH latitudes., the highest point on the mianland ,mount kosciuszho,is only 2228 metres. the holday is in jan 26th. they talk like ilam.
1) Australia is the sixth-largest country in the world.
2) It has 6 states
3)There area 36 spieces of poison funned-web spiders in eastern Asutralia
4) Australia is both the largest island and the smallest, flattest continent on earth
5) Australia is the driest continent after Antartica, which makes it the driest inhabited continent on earth
6)There are 20 types of venomous snakes which kill the person fast
7)Its currency in Australian dollar
8) Australia is the only nation to govern an entire continent and its outlying islands.
9) People are passionate about sports, including swimming, surfind, sailing, tennis, soccer, ticket, rugby, and their own invention, Australia rules football.
